There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Green: Page 1, line 14, following "adopt": Insert "or revise existing" 1996-05-05 House Journal Page 4409 HCR 30 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kubina objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: Shall CSHCR 30(JUD) am pass the House?
